Val Pita is a Venezuelan Personal Brand Mentor living in Australia. What once started as a request to bring clarity and organization to her business, ended as a full ClickUp build for her and her team.
Meet Val
Valentina is one of the most creative yet grounded individuals I know, driven by a genuine passion for helping personal brands strengthen their online presence. She’s not about surface-level content like videos or caption fluff—she dives deep into real marketing strategy, market research, and all the “nerdy” details that make a difference.
When she reached out to me at the end of 2022, Val was overwhelmed—juggling personal commitments, work, and a growing business. Despite her packed schedule, she felt stuck, burnt out, and unaligned with her goals.
She knew it was time for a change. Together, we refined her approach, helping her focus on what truly mattered. Valentina let go of draining commitments and built a business that not only reflects her creativity and vision but also fuels her happiness and growth.
How she took action

She didn't even know how to verbalize what she was feeling. But after hopping on a clarity call, she shared:
"I really need your help to make both, my business and life, work in parallel and to get more organized. I want to find my focus because I often end up saying yes to everything just for the sake of 'growth,' but I feel like that’s holding me back more than it’s pushing me forward."

Using tools like ClickUp and customizing my own templates, we turned the chaos in her mind into a clear, organized strategy that saves her time and prevents communication issues. Seeing her transformation has been so rewarding!
How's Val doing now?
Val and I recently collaborated on one of my launches, and it was an incredible experience bringing her on board as a contractor. It was amazing to see all the hard work we’ve done together come to life in action.
Now, she’s living her best remote life in Australia, continuing to grow her business and team while helping brands around the globe thrive!
