Meet Shanté


With over 15 years in the marketing industry and a background in Advertising Design, Shante founded Sugarpunch Marketing® to help ambitious service providers grow their businesses through premium, personalized content strategies. Her expertise spans working with top-tier brands and mentoring the next generation of social media managers.

How she took action


Oddly enough, Shanté stumbled upon an IG reel where I was demonstrating on how I helped a client streamline a workflow with ClickUp. She immediately applied to work with me. Yup.. that truly never happens that quick, but she knew exactly what she wanted. When Shante reached out, she had a clear vision for her goals:

  1. Team trust: A team she could rely on to meet deadlines and deliver top-quality work without constant oversight or revisions.

  2. Streamlined workflows: Efficient communication and processes to speed up content turnaround times for clients.

  3. Scalable growth: A business model that could take on more retainer clients without overwhelming her team.


Shanté invested in the ClickUp Revamp and Build Service at the end of March 2024. I began by auditing her processes, systems, automations, and team dynamics. The root issue became clear: her contractor care needed a revamp. Some team members were no longer aligned with her leadership style or her vision for the business.


We designed and set a clear direction for her team, gave members the option to align with the new approach, and respectfully parted ways with those who didn’t. This included:

  • Creating a robust team management system with protocols for hiring, onboarding, offboarding, 90-day reviews, and damage control.

  • Restructuring her team hierarchy to support her agency’s growth.

  • Separating her agency operations from her digital product business to clarify priorities and decision-making.

The entire process took just 60 days.
