Then, you can imagine how things escalated when social media became my business. Overhearing family stories, connection and warm holiday vibes, I just felt the urge to be connected. An uneasy feeling like I didn’t do enough. Feeling insecure about my progress and success. Believing it was a waste to not work for a full day or two. All because I worked and lived in a scarcity mindset.. 😱in fear of failure. This is the first Christmas I spent away from my phone and work. I connected with my family, cherished the drama and truly loved. Deeply & fully. 🧘🏽‍♀️ My business has it’s place and time. 🧘🏽‍♀️I did enough and I am enough. 🧘🏽‍♀️My clients deserve me as an overflowed cup 🙂 How are you practicing #digitalwellness during the holidays?🥰 . . . . Solía ser una de esas chamas que se sientan en el sofá de la sala, completamente separada de mi realidad y enganchada a la última publicación de mi feed. Te podrás imaginar cómo se intensificó cuando las redes sociales se convirtieron en mi negocio. Escuchando historias en familia, gente conectando y sintiendo esas vibras ricas navideñas, pero aún así sentía la necesidad de estar conectada. Una sensación de inquietud como si no hubiera hecho lo suficiente. Me sentía insegura de mi progreso y éxito. Creía que era un desperdicio no trabajar durante uno o dos días completos. Todo porque trabajaba y vivía con una mentalidad de carencia ... 😱con miedo al fracaso. Esta es la primera Navidad que pasé lejos de mi teléfono y mi trabajo. Conecté en mi familia, aprecié el drama y ame... Profunda y plenamente. 🧘🏽‍♀️Mi negocio tiene su lugar y su momento. 🧘🏽‍♀️Hice y soy suficiente. 🧘🏽‍♀️Mis clientes me merecen descansada y llena de amor 🙂 ¿Cómo estás practicando el #bienestardigital durante las navidades?🥰$
