In this personalized plan, together we’ll discover nutritional and healthy lifestyle choices that support your life in order to reach your current and future goals.

1:1 Setting

  • Two 60 minute 1:1 sessions per month (via Zoom, FaceTime, phone or in person) to evaluate progress and areas you need support.
  • Unlimited emails and texts in between sessions (guaranteed response within 24 hours)
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • Informative handouts, articles and recipes that will increase your knowledge on nutrition and healthy habits

Group Setting

  • Two 60-minute group coaching appointments (via Zoom, FaceTime, phone or in person) each month for six months, which will include group discussions on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness topics, recommendations, and a full set of notes.
  • Unlimited emails and texts in between sessions (guaranteed response within 24 hours)
  • Monthly special events like teleclasses, group seminars and/or workshops related to health and wellness.
  • Informative handouts, articles and recipes that will increase your knowledge on nutrition and healthy habits
  • An invitation for guests to attend special events

During our time together, you will:
